Domaine Philémon is located in Villeneuve-sur-Vère, a small village on the Vère river in the Gaillac appellation of southwest France. 100% braucol, this cuvée highlights the delightful spicy, floral, woodsy and dark character of this lesser-known grape and has a balanced acidity and tannin structure.
