Description: This wine is produced from 20 hectares of massal selection vines planted between 1967 and 1982. The vineyard is situated at the highest point between the Loire and Cher rivers, benefiting from a continental climate. The soils are flinty clay with small amounts of sand and gravel. After manual harvesting and rigorous selection, the grapes undergo pellicular maceration, followed by fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and minerality.

Tasting Notes: Fresh aromas of white fruits, peach, and pear, with floral notes of boxwood and mint leaves.
